About Me

Language has always been a source of passion for me. Although I've studied German, Japanese, and American Sign Language, the focus of my linguistic fervor for over a decade has been French. I specialized in the language at Grand Valley State University (Allendale, Michigan, USA), where I also studied English linguistics and literature, earning a French Language BA with Honors in 2010. In 2008, I was able to perfect my spoken French while living in Dijon, France, where I studied at the Université de Bourgogne and took courses in French Culture and Modern French History. In 2016 I received a Certificate in Translation through NYU School of Professional Studies.

Please see my profile for more information about my translation experience, including a detailed CV/resume.
